These plans are guaranteed to provide all the information needed for issue of a building permit to your chosen builder (by Council or a private certifier) as well as provide your builder with a complete set of instructions on how to build the project – a most important issue considering they form the basis of your building contract.

We can also provide assistance with Development Applications; provide co-ordination of required Consultants  (such as surveying, engineering, energy assessment, town planning service providers,); and if needed, tendering of project and supervision of the building.
