            Specific Services Offered, include:-

·         Design Services – including all necessary research and investigations from local government authorities, planning bodies, co-ordination of required geotechnical engineers and surveyors, etc.  Issue of preliminary concept plans and presentation of them to you in a variety of ways.

·              Design Development Services – Revision of initial plans, to allow personalisation of the project by the clients.  Issue of Revised preliminary plans.  Initial indications of construction costs may be sought from builders, from these plans.

·              Assistance with Town Planning Applications – All aspects of planning applications can be attended, including advertising and liaison with all parties involved.

·              Contract Documentation (or Working Drawings) Services - Preparation of detailed plans which include all the information required for issue of Building Permit and for builders to quote accurately on construction costs, then, for your chosen builder to construct the building as you have planned it.

·              Tendering and Negotiating Services – If for some reason you are not able to do this, we can put the project out to tender on your behalf, analyse the quotes and be able to help you negotiate the best deal for construction of your project.

·              Contract Administration – Looking after your interests, this involves visits by us to the building site to ensure that construction is occurring according to your plans; co-ordination of variations in cost & time schedules are correctly made and that the terms of the contract are fulfilled.

·            Marketing brochures – Photomontage work of your, as yet, unbuilt project superimposed on the background of the raw site can be produced & used for marketing. Other brochure types available also.
